You can name your Limited Liability Company almost anything you want, as long as the name is not taken

If you hire visitor.us to buy a vehicle in America as an international visitor, visitor.us will form a Montana Limited Liability Company (LLC), owned solely by you.  This LLC is a resident of the State of Montana, allowing you to register a vehicle here.

Upon signup, visitor.us will ask for your desired LLC name.

Your LLC name must comply to a handful of rules:

• It cannot be the same as, or too similar to, the name of an existing LLC
• It must contain "LLC"
• It may not contain "Corporation"
