Your name, your home address, and what you wish to name your Limited Liability Company

If you hire visitor.us to help you buy, register, and insure a vehicle in the US, even if you're just visiting, we will form a Montana Limited Liability Company (LLC) for you.  

In order to form your Montana LLC, the following information is required from you:

• The full names of all LLC owners, and
• The residential addresses of all LLC owners (i.e., where they normally live)

Every LLC must have a Registered Agent, a party responsible for receiving official notices on behalf of the LLC.

Hiring visitor.us appoints us as your LLC's registered Agent.
